GDI-EE

Introduction

GDI-EE is a genomic data sharing platform, Estonian node of the GDI Europe network. In Estonia, GDI-EE enables researchers and clinicians to securely store and share their data, and also gain access to genomic data generated in other European countries. Data submitted to GDI will be made discoverable in a central user portal across Europe and access granted via formal application procedure. The infrastructure deployment duration is until October 2026.

GDI-EE mission
